DA & CDC Packs
If you need a set of documentation for Development Applications (DA) or a Complying Development Certificates (CDC), we can develop these packages for you, and assist with DA applications.

Design Development for Tender
To get the pricing stage rolling, we will develop the documentation to a high level of detail. This includes all plans, details, elevations, joinery details & FF&E for your preferred builder to tender out.

Construction Documentation (CC)
Once pricing has been locked in and all documentation has been approved, we will produce the Construction pack and construction FF&E for trades to work from. We will be involved in ever step of the way, liaising with PMs, trades and suppliers and handle any RFIs along the way.

As-Builts
Last but not least, at the end stage of the project, we will issue you with As-Built Documents as final records of the complete built form.
